The most beautiful tree I’ve ever seen but it seems hard to connect to Alexa open your Wi-Fi connection on your phone and make sure you login to the Christmas tree then you’ll be able to go onto their app and register your tree do you won’t find it on Alexa even after it’s working I’m not sure why and don’t forget to say tell smart tree otherwise it doesn’t work either Hope this helps

Just got my tree in today. The only reason it took me a while to set up is because I couldn’t figure out what the Wi-Fi password was for the tree (wasn’t mentioned in the instructions). Another user’s review told me where to look, near the plug. Once I found that, I followed the directions and everything worked exactly as the instructions said it would. Now I can control the tree with Google Assistant no problem. I didn’t even buy the tree for this feature - didn’t even know it had it! Cool surprise. Three stars because you have to use three apps to get it to work (Poly Group, Google Home, and Google Assistant). Would’ve preferred if only polygroups app was needed.

We wanted a smart tree. The problem is you don’t know what app the tree uses until you set it up. Poly group does not work, read reviews and don’t waste your time. I’m an architect, my husband is an electrician and we thought we could figure it out. The problem is the app is the poorest design possible that has too many flaws so it’s not a matter of you figuring it out. It’s unfortunate. So press the button for settings but keep in mind the button gets stuck after the first day. Thankfully we got our tree on sale. Read all reviews!!!
