My Kia +

I see a lot of customers are having the same problem. I don’t understand why it automatically went to Spanish and there’s no way to change it. Big flaw and problem with this app. Granite, a lot of people are bilingual and yes, a lot of people speak Spanish in California, but the first language in California is still English. It should give me an option to pick the language that I want not automatically lock me into Spanish for that matter. It shouldn’t automatically lock you into any language. You should ask you your language that you speak. That’s the only way this app would be sufficient for everyone

Posting in hopes some will read before downloading and having the same complaints as others in the comments here about the app defaulting to Spanish. If you have a Kia and are trying to download the official app that controls your car - this is NOT the app you’re looking for. Yes, your Kia driver account is called “Kia Connect” but the corresponding app is called “Kia Access”. Go download that app instead. This one seems to be a third party app using Kia’s brand. Hello, I don’t really like to make this review, but I’m hoping maybe if you read this you can add English or change the language to when it downloads in English. I just got a 2019 Kia Forte and I would love to learn more about this when using this app, but I guess I can’t until you change to when it downloads it will be English instead of Spanish or add English as a language to switch with. Please read this and reply about this situation asap. Thank you!
