App Profile: CoreLogic New Build

Original new build mobile app for Chartered Surveyors to capture information about new build sites for mortgage valuations, without the need to physically visit a development site.

CoreLogic's mobile solution allows surveyors to capture new build data, without the need to visit a property development site, where housing has yet to be built. The surveyor who is first to value a property from a new build site can capture the required site information within the app and share this with other surveyors from the same firm, preventing duplication work, but allowing surveyors to validate or update information as required. Within the app the surveyor retrieves Land Registry title data against an address, where polygon plots are overlaid onto Maps. Surveyor can select and deselect polygon areas to verify exact plots and flip between map, satellite and 3D satellite views. Using the app sketch and labelling tools, the surveyor can split the site into its development phases and capture this information using screen shots. Within the app there is a web browsers link, enabling surveyors to visit property developer websites and retrieve further information about a site. Once all new build site data has been collected, the surveyor continues with a mortgage valuation using CoreLogic's Survey Valuation app.
