Why doesn’t gotv show the list of channels that will shown on a particular package of you subscribe. It’s annoying how i will have to keep using google check and i noticed the packages aren’t really upto date there or when you subscribe the packages don’t come. There’s always a mix up The app users should have the privilege of seeing the list of channels in the package they want to subscribe for once they click.

Firstly my personal reason for giving you 5star is to encourage the organization because I know that I contribution of that will help the org to grow faster. My primary complain is that it’s difficult to subscribe from any bank especially GTBank which will require you to visit the bank before you can activate some of this features. Not everyone will have the strength to face the stress of the bank and so will slide to an alternative of subscribing from an agent which is also not convenient. Also even if it will have to include extra charges or by creating a different package to suit this need I am about to state I want you to make sure you pay attention to this particular suggestion. My suggestion is that there should be a package that will suit all purposes a DSTV will provide. For instance there are some sports features or games especially football that cannot be watched on Gotv unless you switch to DSTV. To be honest I am a fan of GOTV if not just this observations that is discouraging me and I am sure that a few other people might be discouraged by the same reasons, I hope you pick the little sense out of my plenty nonsense.

The App is hardly functional. I actually came here to see if there’s an update and maybe dats why mine’s not working well. I always have to resort to subscribing through my mobile bank app instead of via this App. Again, most of the bouquets here are not available on these bank mobile App thereby forcing one to subscribe for bouquets you don’t want. Generally, d GOTv app is a gud initiative but really needs to be worked on to meet its purpose.
