Arnold Clark - New & used cars

We have just purchased our second car from Arnold Clark the first one was three years ago from the Wigan branch and it has been a brilliant purchase, never miss’s a beat a truly amazing purchase, so after having such a wonderful experience we decided to get another one from them, they may not be the cheapest option but in life you get what you pay for, so when we saw a car that we had been looking for at Arnold Clark Warrington at a reasonable price we had to go and check it out, and I’m glad we did as that’s where we met Andy a really nice guy who helped us to make our minds up and did all the very small things that we wanted doing to make this experience one to remember Well Done Andy 10/10

❌❌ PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY ❌❌ I am one of many customers, who unfortunately has been sold a faulty car by Arnold Clark with so many problems. I faced issues with the car the minute I drove it away from their depot, and told them straight away within my warranty period, they booked me into an Audi garage who advised of a long list of issues such as corroded exhaust pipe, rear silencer corroded, excessive wear lip on discs, suspension issues, wiring issues with the lights and lots more. Since Audi advised of these issues, Arnold Clark have completely ignored me, they have not answered me and we’re not at all willing to help - almost as if they knew they were guilty of selling me a car that wasn’t at all safe to drive in or Road worthy! The car is not at all safe and I cannot use it. I am now still having issues with them not responding and they have been reported to The Financial Ombudsman, Resolver, raised the issue with my Finance Company and the FCA, and I am now taking legal action. This company is absolutely disgusting and I would advise you to steer clear of them!!! I am not the only one who has these issues, please please please research their reviews and others who are in the same position as I would hate anyone to go through the stress I am having to go through with them.

I was in Arnold Clark Wishaw last week and was met with so much help the team really did everything they possibly could to get the vehicle my wife has always wanted .... the salesman joe was amazing in giving us so much options, even after we settled in a vehicle and it had a minor issue with the sun roof , we were disappointed only for a few minutes, the replacement he was able to get for us exceeded all our expectations, I really can’t speak highly enough about Arnold Clark Wishaw , the ease in which it was all arranged really put our minds to rest , The wife and kids are buzzing about our new Volkswagen... what a beautiful vehicle, You have made my wee family’s Christmas thank you joe and the team ....
