Connect to the osaki Bluetooth with your phone and then connect with the app. It’s in Chinese until you are connected then the app seems to work fine.

Language setting is ignored. All text is in Chinese. No longer connects to chair. They are still selling these new through costco but manufacturer has clearly abandoned the app. Other apps by the company seem similarly abandoned. Raises questions about product quality and support.

This chair cost too much money to leave the app and firmware in this state. I want to love it but I just like it a little. Please tell me there’s an update coming or I’ll ship it back!
