UI is horrible. Processes are not intuitive. Resolution of basic things needs to happen over email and take time (e.g., being able to buy a stock). I would use other more advanced and customer friendly brokerages if they had access to the markets I want. Hopefully that will be happening soon
This app covers the essentials, but the overall experience is lacking. Navigation feels clunky, the design is too basic, and some features are hard to find.
