PetCam: Pet & Dog Camera

I’m having the same issues as everyone else. Quickly set this up to watch my new puppy while I was at work. It worked as I was on my way to work. Quick check at lunch time and it couldn’t connect. I assumed my laptop screensaver messed it up so I fixed that issue this morning. Not even 10 minutes away from my home and it’s already disconnected. 🙄 Extremely unreliable. There are other apps I’ve used (couldn’t find in a rush) where it used one device and worked for an entire weekend without disconnecting. Will be deleting and finding a different solution.

Kind of frustrating. Tried the free week and liked it. Since it’s only a few seconds unless you upgrade I decided to upgrade. Just payed for a few months and went to login and now it won’t let me connect or see anything. Literally worked a few minutes ago. Guess I won’t know how she’s doing today. Hopefully will tomorrow.

For some reason the app was not working even when I had the two devices next to each other and on the same WiFi. When I contacted support they told me there is nothing wrong with the app. Clearly something was wrong! The person I spoke to was rude and made it to be my fault... I was able to get it working about an hour later but clearly the app isn’t stable. It was working fine until I purchased the 6 month subscription... literally and hour later the app stopped working..unable to connect. When it did connect it wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 secs like the free version. Just overall frustrating
