ServiceBench

This app is the most broken, unstable, and buggy piece of software I have ever used. I can’t even log into ServiceBench half of the time without the app getting stuck on the “waiting for authentication” screen. The issues I have with this app are countless. The barcode scanner is completely broken, the offline mode doesn’t work, and I have to reinstall the app on a daily basis every time it gets stuck. Asurion should be hiring developers ASAP to fix the many issues that everyone is having with this app. The lack of frequent updates is simply unacceptable.

I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I try to use it. After I sign in the app fails to load unless I reinstall the app. Most of the time when I try to scan a part with my camera the app crashes. These issues stated about a month ago. I use both a 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air. Thinking a different device would make a difference. It didn't. Honestly, I'm just writing this review in hopes that the developers can see this and fix the issue.

Has a problem syncing with the website for Service Bench. I have to manually close the job correctly every day.
