I purchased the 1more anc pro, the triple driver and the comfort mini. All of them stop working after a few months of use. I love the sound quality, the durability is crappy. I reached out to 1more via email to see if there were solutions to this issue to no avail. They never responded. They don’t have a live person contact. Now I’m stuck with 3devices that I barely use.

The app needs a better manual sound eq maker, and maybe a Bluetooth finder, but the golden gem isn’t the app… it’s the products. I got the one more sonoflow headphones and omg they amaze me. The transparency could be a little bit better but the noise cancelation surprised me. It’s amazing how it was able to filter out these noises. Also before an update, there was options to the noise cancellation. They either made it so the headphones automatically select which option is better, or they made the noise cancellation better as a hole. Either way, these headphone and app are perfect for me.

Let me start by saying the comfobuds pro are awesome at ANC, call quality and overall music sound quality is really good. The app however has bugs. It has a difficult time connecting to the earbuds if it ever does and there is no EQ available. Really wish it had an EQ to get the most out of these. Only the blue version of the comfobuds pro have this. Why not update the app to help get a little more out of the black and white comfobuds? It will set them apart from so many other earbuds in its class. Please update to help make your product something even more special.
