App kept freezing. I couldn’t watch any content. Terrible experience

Downloaded the app, subscribed and paid HOURS in advance of the fights on 06/27, only to watch it BUFFER repeatedly like Netflix during the Tyson fight. Tried signing in and out on multiple devices only to have it buffer on every single device. We were not able to watch ANYTHING. This was not a problem unique to me, as I had multiple friends in multiple countries experiencing the same issue. Conveniently, no way to contact them. The email address on their website bounces back. Smells like a money grab to me. FRAUD.

Still waiting for a 7pm EST Live to start at 9:40pm EST so are a lot of other angry customers on Instagram. As a first time customer this is a terrible customer experience and I will not use again unless major improvements are made. They don’t have these issues on DAZN it’s $4 dollars more. Should not have to sacrifice reliability for price because the customers are suffering in the end I know a lot of people who downloaded this app specifically for this 7pm fight that we are all still waiting for to start SMH at this point I might as well FaceTime some one who is there live that’s the only way I’ll see it. Also the app will not allow anyone to dislike or thumbs down don’t you want to know where your falling short so you can improve?
