I used to never know what I was doing when I got on the spin bikes at the gym. Most of the time, I just avoided that section entirely. Finding CycleGo has completely removed that hesitation. Now, I feel that I can use my gym time effectively while on the bike. The app has given me structure, a program to follow, and some fun scenery (haha). Now, spin is one of my favorite parts of my gym routine! There are certainly other apps with more advanced features and functionality. However, those are for smart-er bikes and require all kinds of equipment and money! CycleGo has been perfect my needs as a gym goer and it is relatively inexpensive too. I definitely recommend the app and would say it’s an essential piece of my gym routine.
I hate bike workouts. They're so boring. But with CycleGo I actually look forward to them! I bought the lifetime membership so I could access the training plans, and they've been excellent. I find myself in a good mood after the workout. I love the nice notifications from the voice. They're not annoying like the ones from live coaches where I find myself wanting to be snarky to them. I love the touches like the avatar drinking water at the beginning of recovery. It's great that the music is to the beat of the RPMs I'm supposed to be pedaling to, so I can even close my eyes if I want to. I can't say enough great things about it. To get this person who hates bike workouts to look forward to them is a miracle.
I’ve had my exercise bike for awhile now. It’s just been sitting in my room collecting dust- until I found this app, that is. I just finished my first work out on it and I loved it! I’ve always had a hard time getting into any exercise and I haven’t exercised in 4 years because I just hate doing it. This app makes me excited to get on my bike and do it again. The ride was easy and it provided clear instructions, as well as important reminders to drink water and stretch after the exercise. My only complaint is the graphics are weird but I’m okay with it since the app is free and is great. I also love how I don’t need a specific bike or any other equipment; I can use my cheap bike that I bought and don’t have to spend any more money. Another good thing is that the calorie estimates seemed accurate; it matched up perfectly with what my bike estimated. Overall it’s a great app and I’m excited to use it!
