I purchased a subscription for 4 mowings. The first mow went right on track. The second one that was due on Sunday the 11th of July, has still not been completed! I have contacted tedious, about 6 times. I was told I wold get a credit and they would come and more the lawn. Still, nothing. It is hard to contact tedious. All they offer is a text message, that I did not get a reply, until I contacted them for the third time.
I've been using this since spring. At first I was just going to use it once or twice while I fixed my lawnmower, but now I'm hooked. I don't have much free time, and I'm so glad to not be trying to mow the lawn before sundown or to be rebuilding a carburetor!
The date picker in the app does not work for future date requests. No one answered my multiple calls/emails until I scheduled an immediate service. Then they called and I explained the app does not allow entry of a future date. I had to cancel and attempt to reschedule 4 times. They charged me a $10 cancellation fee each time I attempted to reschedule and despite multiple calls/texts they only refunded 3 of the 4 $10 charges. The original quote was $60 but changed to $77. They said they now use GPS estimates. The lawn mowing service was fine, more expensive than most but would be worth the convenience if the app actually worked. This is a nice idea but very poor execution.
