Email Signature Pro

I had spent so much time trying different tools to build a professional email signature, but none of them really worked the way I needed. This app was a breath of fresh air—easy to use and packed with features like HTML-based signatures with clickable icons for email and social links. Even better, when I had a few questions about making the most of the app, Chris White responded promptly and went out of his way to guide me with tutorials and resources. He genuinely cares about user experience. Bravo for such an outstanding app and top-tier customer service!

This is a fantastic app which makes something super hard much more manageable. Make yourself a professional signature for all your Apple devices. There is a learning curve but be patient and it will provide a great new look. The developer is super responsive but make sure to read through the tutorial. Don’t forget you have to shake to undo after you past the signature into the mail settings under signature. You’ll see “Undo Change Attributes” and you have to tap the “undo” button. If you miss this step, it won’t be formatted properly. This is an Apple thing, not a developer thing.

Before this app, I spent countless hours researching, downloading, and trying to figure out how to create a functional, sleek, and modern business email signature, without a whole lot of success. If you’ve worked with email signature creation, you know that trying to implement and streamline many of the features can be incredibly frustrating. The signature I needed is the html style, so that my clients can click on the icons to access my email, social media links, etc. The app was incredibly easy to use (compared to other apps and efforts I had tried). That being said, I still had a few optimization questions about the app, and so I reached out to it’s curator, Chris White. From the beginning, Chris was kind, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to help me figure out the optimizations. Multiple times, he would respond back to me within minutes of having sent him an email. And even sent me multiple links for tutorial videos he’d created and such. Bravo for this incredible app, and outstanding customer service!! 🙌🏼
