I like the variety of stories they have but the amount of ads is insane. I understand that as a free platform, they need ads in order to fund everything but having ads every two pages is very disruptive and annoying. They had an option to watch an ad to have a 30 minute ad free experience but there’s a daily limit to that because by the end of the day I didn’t have that option anymore. It would be better if they put the ads at the end of a chapter instead of multiple ads within one chapter. 番茄也是免费读小说都没这么多广告，这是搞啥，无语。

Really love this site , found it after retirement and now have the chance to read day & night ,the best part is the free for all, ad is annoying but tolerable.

I am now on year 2 of my paid membership and recommend this app. There are lots of completed books, with more books being created/added constantly. You can set up folders to save books, can create bookmarks, search by key words, authors, or categories. You can read in either portrait or landscape mode. Books can also be heard as audio books. User can access this app for free, but with limited features and more commercials; annual membership is very reasonable considering I’ve finished 90+ books in one year. Note that you need to register a valid phone number (in China?) to leave book reviews and comments, and to redeem the points earned in this app into real money. I just gift my accumulated points to the authors I like and some have even acknowledged my gift! Once a book is downloaded, you can read it even when offline. The authors appear to be mostly from mainland China, so book contents reflect local censorship and prevailing political and social viewpoints.
