RTA Mobile

I have been using RTA classic for 8 years and have had minimal issues with it. Some reporting sure, but fundamentally the program worked. And well. Now let me tell you about my experience with fleet360. The only good thing i have to say about it is the user friendliness for technicians. For all other staff, this app is an administrative nightmare. If i could give this app a negative review, i would. This is one of the most unpolished, slow, broken transit industry apps i’ve ever been forced to use. If i owned a fleet business, i can assure you that i will NEVER use RTA for the foreseeable future. If you are going to force me transition software, at least have the common decency to actually FINISH it.

Closes in the middle of creating work orders on mobile app and on web version, crashes, all the time freezes all the time. Contacting them for any help is impossible, including work email or any other option they have for help or assistance.

I gave them a 4 star review. I have worked with many different service systems that support large fleets. I will tell you the RTA nails it in the customer service field. The one thing that this app is missing is the option to make changes on the vehicle listing page and/or provide you options for smart dashboards to see items like CPM by selected dates, and some other key items needed at your fingertips.
