The device and app are functionally good. But there is a major issue with device battery status update on the app. The device battery simply doesn't get updated on the app. After usage of some days, the device will get discharged and simply turn off without any intimation to the user. Even the battery icon on the app shows almost 80% battery even in the discharged situation. We will simply observe that app shows wrong location of the car/device. Moreover, the app shows that it has updated location at a recent time stamp but that's wrong location. I paid extra for being a plus member and raised this issue with customer care team. They gave me a replacement device but with the same issue. I think it's an hardware+software issue that they are neglecting even after complaints. I tried to raise the same concern about the new replaced device, but have been completely ignored by the customer care team with no response.

I am using the Ajas 4G Lite GPS tracker, and I must say it is a very good device. Initially, I faced some issues—like inaccurate location tracking and the ignition on/off feature not working. However, after contacting their customer service (which is excellent), I was guided to reinstall it away from metallic parts near the battery. Once I did that, the tracker started working with great accuracy. All the features are impressive—the total distance covered in a day is shown in a clear graphical format, fuel consumption can be monitored, and the ignition on/off function works perfectly. Overall, this GPS tracker is absolutely worth it and one of the best additions I’ve made to my Classic 350.

I’ve been using the GPS device from Ajjas on my bike for almost a month now. The core features are working well and as expected. The device provides reliable tracking and overall functionality is satisfactory. The support team is responsive over WhatsApp, which is appreciated, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of promptness. For instance, I faced an issue where the Safe Parking Alert call wasn’t working, and despite raising the concern, it took 4–5 days to get it resolved. The issue was eventually fixed, but the delay in support response affected the overall experience. If the support team can reduce the turnaround time for resolving such issues, it would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
