The idea is good as similar apps exists in other European cities but the execution is definitely the worst ever. You pay a subscription but then most of the times when u try to unlock a bike there red light appears due to operation issues I guess and you cannot unlock it…there’re been many time where I had to walk because I was unable to unlock it- app was done..Do not rely on this …such a pity

Wouldn’t send me an sms. Complete waste of time trying to use the app. Haven’t had problems with any other app in Switzerland except this one
