app is very good, business is also hard to do the product, shipping is doing this like a general, after all, their own logistics, but does not arrive faster than Jingdong. Consider how you can lower the cost savings

I ordered some snacks back in February and still haven’t received it. It’s May now. I contacted customer service several times and there were either always busy, or not responsive. They even created fake tracking number just so I can stop bothering them. The tracking number was never updated(duh it’s fake) and I lost so much time and patience trying to get a useful response. Stop using excuses like unforeseeable losgitics. I have placed orders with other apps and their delay is significantly more informed and within understandable timeframe. I asked for refund and they are now trying to deliver the product. Such a disappointing shopping experience.

I ordered some items at the beginning of April. However, I never received them in mail. I contacted the customer service and asked for mail tracking number. The customer service person cannot provide me with any real tracking number. Since they cannot provide any evidence of shipment, I suspect that they never mail anything to their customer. When I cash out the US dollars in my account. Problems occurred and my dollars amount disappeared from my account! I am still trying to contact customer service. It waisted a lot of my time. I had very bad experience with Kouhigh. Don’t use it!!
假商家，订货两个月了，结果没送到，申请提现，竟不被受理，且要求提现的金额自动从账户中消失，损失了金钱，浪费了时间，劝大家千万别上当受骗，不要买口嗨的货物！
