I discovered this podcast about 6 weeks ago. I have started from the beginning and am listening to each podcast. I love the very accepting and open approach to health; not one path for every body but a health journey that provides education and ultimately personal choices for the individual. Since listening I have made a number of changes and feel fantastic! Marni and Jesse bring on fantastic guests and ask common sense, helpful questions. Both Marni and Jesse are extremely likable and genuine. I have shared this podcast with a number of friends who are also getting a lot out of it! Thank you Jesse and Marni for the gift of better health!!

Thank you M & J (and G too)! I’ve recently stumbled upon TUHP and seriously cannot get enough. If I’m not listening to a podcast, then I’m talking about a podcast that this dynamic duo has put together. They interview the top influencers and disrupters in the Heath and wellness space in such a genuine and friendly (but very prepared and researched) type of way. My mind is blown by everything I’ve been learning since becoming a listener. I know I’m on the path to being the healthiest I can be, and am grateful for TUHP for guiding my way through all the noise and confusion in the health and wellness space, so I can decide what works for me to find my ultimate health. I LOVE this podcast and listen to it everyday on my way to work and the gym. They share so much great information on this podcast. What I love most about it is their various guests. They have so many amazing guests with different opinions on things and they let them talk and are always learning. This podcast has really changed my life and has even inspired me to go back to school and get a Health and Nutrition Degree! Highly recommend.
