My chronically ill young daughter loves these games. They are nice for when she is at home sick and too unwell to do any physical activity. I found value in the subscription and loved that each game inspired creativity; however, the subscription experience is a complete nightmare. The first time I subscribed, I was immediately notified that the charge went through. Apple reflected an active subscription but the apps continued asking for a subscription and reported an error each time we attempted. At one point, I was paying for two of the same subscriptions. After battling to cancel only one, both ended up being canceled. I was not refunded for the double charges. I again attempted to subscribe today and was met with the same error message and again prompted to subscribe. The charge went through and Apple shows an active subscription, but Pazu is showing it as inactive, so I am again left with a subscription I paid for AGAIN but cannot use. This feels like a total scam at this point.

I’m talking about the hair salon games I can only play for under five minutes and then my parents have to pay $59 so I can play for longer which I feel is completely unfair to the little kids who really want to play this game and the people who enjoy playing this game because we wouldn’t like to pay such an unfair amount just to play something that really we shouldn’t have to pay so much for we are only cutting hair and coloring it There are so many other games like this where you can play for as long as you want and you don’t have to pay 59 bucks to do it so I say that you should probably cut down on this and remove whatever this is and cutting down our time in the parent should have a place where they can give them a time limit in the game when they want to and it’s optional not you always have to have a time limit and then having to pay 59 bucks to turn it off

Awesomeness so good 😊 Love ❤️ it my kids love 💕 playing it while I am in calls such as the nail salon 💅🏻 my daughter 👱🏽‍♀️she is 11 and she loves it cause she finds ways to get things that are locked 🔒 without paying the debt for it. Btw the things that are locked 🔒 she can’t get cause we live in a apartment and we are saving up for a car 🚙 and Netflix and a house 🏡 we also have a dog 🐶 that we found on the street three years ago and we paid everything for him so also for the cat 🐱 6 years ago. So also we have a snapping turtle 🐢 we have is a baby 🍼 also pay 💰 it’s food 🥘 .. founded by our friend four days ago and five nights ago
