They are not able to keep the slot that you book via the app … mostly they give you a call after couple of hours to inform you that they can’t provide the service on the concerned date then suggest you alternative. It already happened 3 times for me and decided to delete the app.

Worst service! They actually lie about the sanitization and disinfecting of your house. Apparently what they describe as their service on the app is only if you have a confirmed COVID case and then they charge you more than 100dhs extra for a two bed. If there is no COVID case they do the bare minimum which they refer to as preventative and not the actual sanitization. Very disappointed to find this out after I had used them twice before for what I thought was actual sanitization of my house!

The maid just finished the service at my apartment. After 20mins ,I couldn’t find one thing in the kitchen so I guess the maid probably misplaced it somewhere.so I called call centre. She said she will contact the maid ASAP ... sounding like she would help me . I have never received a call back from them . She probably hanged up and forget I never call.
