Overall, it’s an helpful app, but on occasion it acts up. Sometimes it just won’t let me login after pressing login. Hope that gets fixed. I’d rather use the app than log on using a web browser.

So I’ve seen several reviews similar to this. I’ve actually been using this app for a little over a year and it has worked really well for me, which is why I’m giving it four stars. For some reason, the app logged me out a few weeks ago, and I’ve been trying to get back in because it’s easier to access that the website. Unfortunately, when I press ‘log in’ it just sits there and does nothing. It doesn’t say my password is incorrect. It doesn’t say anything at all. Ever. I even tried using an incorrect password and it didn’t tell me that it was incorrect, it just didn’t do anything. I know the password I’m using is right, I logged into the website with it. It makes me really sad, because I like this app a lot, it’s very easy to use and to check when you can make another appointment and whatnot. I don’t know if there will be a fix to this, but I really hope so!

Seems to be a common issue, I have not been able to log in to the app once to access my donor/other info. They also don’t appear to have a customer support page available. When clicking the link on the Digital Donor page for customer support, it leads to a broken webpage. Hopefully they release an update on this, I can’t believe how many reviews say logging in isn’t possible and they haven’t fixed it. For an example of how it’s broken: I plug in all my log in info, hit sign in, and the page just sits there. It does not say anything’s incorrect, it just sits there with no new pop ups.
