I don’t know why this app needs to exist. They haven’t updated it in FOUR YEARS. It doesn’t work on the latest iPhone and barely works on last years iPhone. Please give up on this sham of an app and make the website functional. It’s easier to maintain and better for payments. Integrate stripe. Payments will be much better. Use some competent email verification provider. The current email verification workflow was so bad, it appeared in a nightmare of mine. I woke up in a cold sweat never believing my e-mail deserved to be verified.

I’m staying at an air B&B that uses this app. It been 1 hour and I’m still downloading it. To use I had to set up a new Apple ID that took forever then I tried to connect to pay pal and it would work. 1 hour latter and I’m just now downloading app which has been taking a while to download. The laundry Matt has free Wi-Fi so it’s not my phone. I would rather just pay with coins and have left 55 mins ago.

I always seem to have issues with the payment on this app. Card gets blocked after so many times of using it. And now I can’t add a new card. Can you imagine putting clothes in 4 washers and then not being able to pay for 4 dryers?
