I’m new to Columbus and new to trash pickup done the way it’s done here. The app lets us know which color to put out and on which day. It’s a huge help!

The application has resolved all the confusion related to the weekly pickup…especially pick ups prior to Holidays! On another issue… pickup personnel need better training… they are too rough with the new containers. My green container was damaged 2 weeks ago, no longer able to be picked up by the truck lift.

I love this app. It runs really well I haven’t had any bugs or problems so far. I really love the reminders for when you would need to put your cans and stuff by the road. The reminders are really really helpful, since I would forget to put it by the road at least every other week. However, since I downloaded this app I haven’t missed a week, which is great!
