Not able to text an image to someone; only send to social media sites

You can make the gifs just fine but once you save the gif to camera roll or anything including using it out of the app, the gif doesn't work. It doesn't move

Not sure why? What I made is super awesome. But what’s the point if it can’t save as a gif? I tried AIR DROP, iMessage, save image, even WhatsApp. All either jpg or png. Help me.
