This app seems pretty standard for meditation. I liked how they assess you first to see your “trouble” areas such as work conflict or stress. The information it gives for each affliction is quite nice to know. Unfortunately, the developers need to update as I can only select some of the goals. The one I really want to do is the “Sleep” goal but it has such a long explanation of the goal that it is cut off and I can’t scroll.

This app is like a personal counselor that checks in on you regularly to make sure that you’re doing OK. Because of this app I was able to find a therapist and deal with depression and anxiety that I didn’t know that I had. It has been one of the best things I’ve ever done!

I get errors whenever I log in and the issue. I wrote to tech support and they said they would resolve the issue, but I haven’t heard back from them for weeks. It’s probably impossible to use on purpose because I am supposed to get a small discount on my insurance if I use it before the end of July, and they don’t want to give it out.
