Will never use this company again they are the worst car rental company in the world. They overcharged my daughter and gave her a smaller suv than the one we paid for. They left my mom, two grandchildren, my husband and myself stranded at the airport in Orlando Florida. We were able to get the extra large suv through hertz.

They force you to buy their insurance at $140. I won’t pay for a crack on a windshield. Then I have gotten a charge for $1000 and another for $450. It feels very fraudulent! They don’t want to talk to you . I don’t have a receipt or anything telling me what I’m being charged. When I left the car, I was told that everything was fine

I had a nice experience working with Diego and Leonela. I came in for a basic car but wanted a convertible instead.
They went out of their way to find me one that they didn’t have it at the moment.
The check in and out and communication about the little dents on the car at hand off were smooth and honest.
Would definitely come back!
