Please update the app
When I try to load the app, it takes a long time sometimes. I think you should update the app. Then this app will get a 5-star review from me. Edit: after I made this review, I tried opening the app, and it kept kicking me out.

Same lingering problems
The problems with this app continue (for 2 years now?). It has so much potential to make things easier for owners and rentals. For me, though, I have to delete the app and re-load EVERY time (or it’s just hung up forever). I’m on an I-phone 8 plus and don’t have this issue with any other app. It is great to have the gym sign-up on the app, but it would be even better if you could change/cancel (edit) reservations through the app rather than having to call.
