Ignoring the issues with the LM4 giving inaccurate data, the app is a complete mess. Slow and gives off malware vibes. Don’t bother using the QR code to do guest setup, it won’t work (probably on purpose). Forcing an account creation via email is bad enough, but requiring full location access is unacceptable.

The Registration page and login are a little confusing. Currently, there is an email verification button on the signup page. But it isn’t immediately obvious that you need to create a password first. The page layout is slightly confusing. Then login doesn’t seem to work using a password. I needed to use the “email login” link instead. But once that was finished, the rest of setup was good. As for quality, this is pretty decent. It’s not comparable to a $2,000 spectrometer, but this is an excellent quality device and app for the price!

It used to work great. But not there seems to be login issues. So I tried to reset password and reregister. It’s stuck. I hope this is getting resolved!
