I am pleased with this convenient unit. I am able to cool off my home office while I’m working from home. Easy to use and can program it to control remotely. I am not good at setting things up and installing electronics. This was easy, even for me! Recommend

This unit is the absolute worst to connect to the network the light blinks you must connect it to the 2.4 Network and as it continues to blink and then it stops blinking in the middle of it going through it’s a long process of finding the network. It is absolutely the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to connect. If I had to buy a unit I would most certainly never buy this one again planning to get rid of it and just putting in central air. I’ve had this problem many many times over and I’m just sick and tired of taking over an hour just to get this thing linked to my network every time very Poor Network settings.

Only issue I had was sharing the wifi connection. Kept saying can't share account not registered. Even though it said that my wife still got the text.
