My Wash App

Rather than put out an app that isn’t efficient, you could have just stuck with people walking into your outlets. Your app has way too many bugs and it’s so embarrassing. Build a better or employ QA to find bugs and fix them. Adding card is so stressful, even after successfully adding one you can’t proceed to make payment on the app(which is supposed to be cheaper), and requesting delivery is impossible. The error messages displayed make no sense at all. A terrible platform I must say

Adding a new card is impossible. It’s like they prefer that you pay cash so you’ll pay a higher rate. I’ve tried over 7 times to add a new card, It’s so annoying & for the first time I’m searching google other laundromats in lekki

This app is very useless…imagine I was able to send out cloth to wash but can’t get my clothes back like o really don’t get I was told to retry of which I did and their customer service couldn’t even check back to see if I’m good now .
