When the game has problems, it’s almost impossible to share the issue. Currently cant play tournament due to card restriction. I add the correct card and it still won’t let me play. No ability to get help to clear the problem. Also when the game glitches and causes issues in tourneys. Otherwise awesome fun game. Make it easier to send issues to help with resolving them.

My son and I both have spent a great deal of time playing this game. I have spent a good deal of money on both our accounts to support the development of the app. We had a magnificent time playing it for a while. In fact, my son was a few matches away from his 10th and final star when the application suddenly stopped working for both of us on both his iPad and my iPhone. As soon as the application loads the main screen, it hits a bug and immediately closes. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game after removing any data stored on the devices and in iCloud related to the game multiple times to no avail. It’s a shame really. I don’t mind spending some money to support the development of an app (I’m a developer myself), but when the developers don’t care enough to support their loyal users, it’s really hard to get behind them and tell the world how great a job they’re doing. I’ve been a Topps customer for 30 years - since back when packs of cards had gum in them. It’s disappointing. When I reach out to them about an issue - IF they get back to me about it at all, it takes weeks. Once upon a time someone there would have cared. I’d be happy to edit my review if they take their own app and paying customers seriously enough to fix the issue in a timely manner. I’m certain we’re not the only ones who can’t play anymore due to this bug.

The only fun part of the app anymore, tournaments, has become glitched, AGAIN! People who have played me and lost in the past and get matched up with me again can exit the game like babies without consequence while I'm stuck there in a loading screen and eventually have to reinstall the app entirely to become able to play the game again. It says I have a match in progress so I press reconnect only to be brought to a screen that says my match has finished and some XP may have been lost. I then exit and try to play the tournament again and it brings me to the same old message saying I still have a match in progress and I got reconnect and it brings me to the same old message saying I have finished the match or I didn't reconnect in time. It's a never ending cycle that forces me to reinstall the app so that I can play the game again. If people think they can exit the match just because they think or know they're going to lose, they should have some sort of consequence and it DEFINITELY shouldn't negatively affect me to the point where I have to reinstall the app entirely. I always get excited when a new update comes out because I think maybe you guys could've gotten it right this time. But no, I'm still left in disappointment and maybe one of these times instead of reinstalling the app I'll just leave it deleted.
