Using the Alpha App is a good experience overall, but the login process needs improvement. It doesn't capture Face ID, requiring users to enter their full details every time they log in, even on the same day. Please address this issue and update the app accordingly.

For the last couple of years, I've relied on the ALPHA app mainly because of its brokerage advantage, especially through the Monthly 999 Plan. I began with version 1.0 and have since upgraded to version 2.0. While the newer version brings notable enhancements, there remain a few glitches like occasional app freezes that necessitate relogin for connection restoration. Nevertheless, it's worth mentioning that these issues haven't led to any financial losses for me. While the overall verdict is positive, there's room for improvement to elevate it from good to excellent!
