The app and also website are not working since June 1st. Unable to make payments or go to my account. Very inconvenient! You just get a white screen when clicking on the app then it says no internet connection while I am connected to the internet. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling multiple times and the issue was not fixed.

The app is full of bugs and very frustrating to use. Pages often crash or don’t load, and sometimes it doesn’t even let me log in. It really needs a serious update to fix the glitches and improve the user experience. For a national telecom provider, this app should be much more reliable.

Whatever I click on, the app keeps on crushing!
