Apple needs to allow zero star reviews. I recently switched from ATT to Suddenlink/Altice. Got this app and immediately saw that it is not a functioning app. It tells you to go to the Altice app instead. Why is Suddenlink2Go still in the app store when it’s just a screenshot with no navigation/functionality at all? So you go to the Altice app and like others have said, I can’t sign in. I’ve called Suddenlink and Altice and it’s impossible to get a person. I tried repeatedly to use their online chat and finally got someone who, even through typing, I can tell they’re probably in India—just doesn’t communicate like someone in the US. Kept telling me they’re looking into my account. After 20 minutes, nothing has happened and they still haven’t even begun to address my issue, so I disconnected. Sounds like both of these apps are worthless and I’d say the companies are too. I switched because ATT has ridiculous prices and horrible customer service, but even ATT must be better than these people! I’ve had service for 2 days and I’m probably about to cancel.

Internet was out for whole day . When I try to call customer service , it was closed the automated system kept on asking questions about what do you need help with . When I asked for technical support it said there was outage in your area if you want notification when internet is back on say yes or no . And then hung up instead of transfer me to human being. They charge full amount every month but provide service half of the time . If they kept is like this and don’t change the customer method . Customer won’t buy their service since it won’t half of the time . And when they reach out there is automated system which doesn’t help at all . I feel like I am loosing $60 every month for using service for only half time . This is not accept. Please someone contact me about my service .

I have had suddenlink for almost 3 years now. The service is in College Station, which must have a deal with Suddenlink because other options are far a few between for phone, tv and internet. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for the service you get compared to other providers and existing customers mean nothing to the company. This app, which i have yet to get to work is just another example of the poorly ran company. Management should be embarrassed and should be replaced.
