Dont fall for the negative reviews, app is working great! Support at WazirX is great, overall there maybbe glitches some times but your money is safe. The app does crashes when theres a heavy load, again which is too obvious to slow down any app/website when there’s a huge traffic. Lastly, havent faced any problems yet, and hoping the same further.
P.S for those who are having trouble getting their kyc done, please upload clear pictures and you correct documents. I know many people who got the kyc done in first attempt with 2days, including me.

This app, by the looks of it is quite user friendly and detailed. But its highly unreliable and sketchy. Firstly, whenever there is a bull run and you want to buy or sell, the app mysteriously stops working and does not allow you to deposit or withdraw through the regular ways. Instead they go through another partner, citing problems in IMPS transactions. This other payment partner of theirs proceeds to charge a hefty convenience fees. For example if I am trading in small amounts like 20-25K there should be no reason to pay 1K in fees alone...
Why it’s sketchy is because during these times they encourage you to use these third parties so you “don’t lose money” and on social media they keep saying that everything is working fine and people are enjoying using the apps during a bull run like this. Which makes you think you may be the only one facing the problem... until you read the comments on social media posts and realise that it is everyone!!

I wish WazirX to at least update the info section of the app, since 14th may 2020 nothing changed. Also if DeFi section can be made separate it would be great addition to the app. Over all very happy with WazirX
