WazirX: Buy BTC & Trade Crypto

I have been using wazirx for quite some time now. So in the past I used it for long term investment but recently I decided to start trading and what I realised here was wazirx always put the fake price on their website (very much higher than the usual current coin price) Suppose if the market coin price is $10, wazirx price will be $15. Now the problem is, if I buy any coins as per the wazirx price availability on their app it works (no problem in buying) but if I try to sell it then your coins will never sell. So recently while doing the trading I have lost lots of money because my coins never sell even if I minus down the coins price by -5%. I waited to get it sell like 24hrs, 48hrs but even if I waited for 1-2 days my coins never get sell and now all my invest coins shows minus red point, some coins up to 60% loss. I even auto limit the price and set the selling price but even when the coins price crossed the limit sell price it never sell the coins! Don’t know whether should I sell it while the price is low with loss before loosing all my money, it’s really frustrating. Probably if your coin didn’t sell while the price is high then obviously the coin price will reduce down again because the crypto coins always fluctuate. Sometimes once the coins price is down it’s very hard to rise again. So this whole experience is frustrating and wazirx to me is misleading customer in so many ways. I googled it out about this app, also the comparison with other apps but so many pro traders do not advise wazirx for trading but for long term investment it’s fine. They advised to use Binance or other apps if you are looking for trading otherwise you may end up loosing lots of money like me.

Yes, I have rated 1 star, reason is from last 40 days my KYC verification is not completed and when we tries to contact they don’t have any contact number. The only way I can reach them is through a mail. So I mailed them thrice, but their customer care employee has the same canned response, please be patience your KYC ETA is 7 or 8 or 9 days. And when your last day has to come they will send a mail and ask you to submit the documents again. Seriously, I have uploaded my Aadhar card and Pancard more then 6-7 times and stil after mailing WazirX support centre they sent the same response. Now the biggest issue initially they informed me that you can deposit and trade but cannot withdrawal, no issue I will same my amount in wallet but when I added money in wallet now they are not allowing me to trade, and saying first you need to verify. In the end, my verification is pending, support team is not responding and the last my own money is stucked which I can see only can’t use. After a week After having to and through mails with support team finally account has been verified and now I got to realise how gud the app is, working very smoothly and I can easily trade with any crypto. As compare to BuyUCoin and Unocoin their charges are huge but in WazirX it’s too much minimal and we can easily afford that much. I can buy and sell at the same amount.

Yes the app is good but need a bit of changes some of the few are like if i just let the app run in my background and then reopen it it takes shows an error message regarding the app is not responding and then i have to clear the app and then reopen it it is a kind of bug i guess that can be fixed with the update of app just to let it refresh the stocks and get u the exact values i don’t know about the others but i m having it on ios 14.4 and yaa i think it can be fixed and another thing that i would want to suggest that if u just improve the price alert thing it cuz right now it just lets you know when the crypto currency’s hit there all time high or low it would be really beneficial for us if u just add another option like can have a custom pice alert set for the selected crypto currency’s. It will help a lot
