Hybrid Manufacture

This app doesn’t work with the Hybrid Manufacture! It just doesn’t Pair! FC says this is the app I should use - but how will I use it if it doesn’t pair with the watch! The other app (Smartwatch) does pair with the watch, but doesn’t sync activity! Either the app doesn’t sync activities or the watch doesn’t track it - I have no way of knowing! And FC is of no help! I am beginning to regret that I bought this watch!

My watch is brand new and worked fine for the last couple of weeks. A couple of days ago, I updated to last version. Unfortunately, since then, the watch cannot connect to the phone. I tried everything there is to do. Restarted the phone, reset the bluetooth, unpaired the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app and NOTHING worked. NOW THE WATCH CANNOT EVEN PAIR.
