The app has gotten much better over the years. It’s now easy to navigate and do what you need to do from your phone which makes life so much easier. Only thing I might try to do is make an appointment to link my two small children’s accounts to mine so that I can transfer funds into their accounts if possible. If I can, then even better. Other than that, I enjoy using the app.

Over the last few years,my account was hacked twice. But for the quick response from the employees I would have lost all my money. I’m an old lady living on a pension the loss of any amount of money would be devastating to me. It was an inconvenience to have two weeks for new cards but well worth it. Thank You for the best team of workers to catch the hack before any bigger problems than waiting for a new card

I like the app and the mobile deposit feature- my only suggestion for the app and the website is to allow payments to loans and share accounts from other financial institutions besides pop money. It’s time to move into this decade. Nobody wants to mail a payment anymore.
