App keeps saying initialization failed

Not reliable!
I like the previous app that the Ouachita Parish Library used much better than this one. This one is constantly causing problems, and now it won’t let me login, despite going to library in person and deleting and reinstalling!

Crashes Constantly
The old app for the OP library was so good that I placed it on my home screen and used it regularly. They decided to go with Stacks several months back and I have not been pleased. The app is not as easy to navigate and, currently, crashes every time I attempt to search for an author, title, etc. Don’t waste your time with this app.
