Car Rental Carngo car hire App

Very dissatisfied by the poor customer service offered through the app and the rental company- Routes. In an emergency situation, I needed a vehicle and saw good reviews for the app & companies. Ultimately, I did not get a rental vehicle and am being denied a refund for service that was not provided. This is extremely unprofessional, unethical & poor customer service on all ends. I refuse to use this app and companies associated. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. So very disappointed with the entire interaction & out $114. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I used Drivy to rent a car for a weekend out, the service is very well designed and it operates smoothly. The unlocking procedure is easy and takes just few minutes. Hope they will find a way of increasing the number of car available in the area of London so to lower the price of a single rental and make it more affordable (still avg. 3 times more expensive than a small car hire at the airport). Great, keep it up!

I love this app! I just used this app on my vacation to California and it was perfect. This app let me find where I could get the cheapest rental near my airport. As a college student I am always looking for places to save money and this app did just that. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to save money.
