mObywatel

mObywatel is the most useful digital government services I have ever used. Having virtually all important documents at my fingertips — from ID cards and driving licences to even a gun license — makes everyday life much easier. The app also brings together government-related tasks in one place, including access to official correspondence, information about owned properties, and the ability to pay taxes directly through the app. What impresses me most is that mObywatel is constantly evolving, with new features being added regularly. It keeps becoming more comprehensive and convenient, making interactions with public administration simpler and more efficient. A great example of how digital services should work.

Being convenient and at the fingertips is great! Hope to see it continues to evolve and integrates every aspect of the public office so the trip to the townhouse will become the pastime. It could also become banking app for the people with no easy access to banking system. Just saying… maybe someone listens … Cheers!

Should have know it’s bad when it refused to carry over biometric login data from the previous version. I tried logging in with the password I used for the previous version - said it didn’t recognize the password at all. Well luckily there’s a “I don’t remember my password option”. Tried that and it reset all the data on my app to zero so now I have to start the entire verification process. And the best part? None of the verification methods work xD The all display the same “can’t display this screen now” error. To sum up - I had a working mobile gov id app with all my documents. I updated. Now I have an app that can’t even log me in and I lost all my electronically stored documents. DO NOT INSTALL UNTIL IT’S FIXED! You’ll lose all your data like I did
