I don’t know for certain if it’s my wifi that is crap or this app/device, but this is the only wifi device I have that does not connect well. My camera takes about 8 tries and closing out of the app before it connects, and then the sound goes off after about 1 minute of listening. Plus, it freezes often and there is no way to tell that it is frozen unless you already know. If your pet was laying down when it freezes, how can you tell? Also, the connection makes it so either it wont toss treats or it tosses 5 in a row without me clicking it more than once. There should be more updates to this app so it actually works as intended, to allow people to watch their pets and homes while away. A website that is accessible on computers/browsers would also be much nicer.

I like the app though it is difficult to set up the wifi initially. I have 4 cats and 4 feeders and had to set up 4 feeders with 4 meals a day! Now that I’ve done it a dozen times, I’m pretty good at it. HOWEVER, this app does NOT send any notifications that my animals have been fed! So I ended up ditching this app and going back to the WOPET app. It is the same set up routine, but it gives me 4 notifications daily for 4 meals for 4 cats! Cats and I are all happy....

The push notifications are still not working!!! Fix this so I can be alerted when my pet get his food. It ridiculous that you keep ignoring requests to fix things that should be working. It’s called false advertising if you make claims that it does something that it does not. Just fix the notifications please! Apple please do something about this. Also the time zone changed and instead of feeding it according to the new time zone it just feeds your pet on the old time zone without any notice or alert. This app is terrible!!!!!!! :( Many users are asking in the reviews for things to be fixed that were once working. It is not our responsibility to tell you to do your job. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this app to anyone.
