We started using Greetly Digital Mailroom alongside Greetly's visitor management solution. Both have been major time savers for our office. This mailroom app allows us to simultaneously document deliveries we receive while notifying the right employee or their admin assistant. You can also indicate when a package has been retrieved. Not only is this more efficient for the support staff but also executives who used to call asking about whether important deliveries have arrived - now they know they'll be notified as soon as we recive it.

This app is as easy to use as anything. Just take a picture of the mailing label and you are done. Greetly does the rest sending instant mailroom notifications and creating a master package log. You can also track packages when they are removed from the mailroom. Now nothing is lost, no more “has my package arrived yet” questions, and a ton of time saved.

This app is easy, easy, easy and fast, fast, fast. Greetly has saved me so many hours I can't count them all. The entire package check in, notification and log process takes just a few minutes a day - and we get about 75 packages. If you care about your time you should definitely use this app.
