Xpress Bill Pay

Is there another way I can pay my bill besides through the app ? I’m getting tired of being charged a two dollars fee to pay a bill. It just seems like the bill is already high and you are nickel and diming me on a service charge. And the last five months I’ve gone from having three people in the house to one person in the house. I still can’t believe that my water and sewer bill that high, especially when I’m not using as much water for baths wash and dishwasher. Are you guys actually? Reading the meter or are you just guesstimating? What do you think the bill should be. I’d like a full assessment on how this is done and what my bill actually should be.

Honestly, I hate this app more than I hate stepping on a rusty nail. The only reason I have it is because it’s the only way the local water company accepts payments aside from checks, and it’s not 2002, no one writes checks. It continually says that there’s an update in the App Store and I have to update, but there’s no pending updates. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and surprise, it still said there’s an update available and I must update before being able to log on. If you all would like to just come to my home and stab me, it would probably be a more pleasant experience than having to use your app. To the owner’s of this app: I hope you all have the day you deserve.

Contrary to another user‘s experience, the update loop problem is still not fixed. I just updated iOS to 15.4.1 and I can‘t get into the app to pay my bill. It tells me I have to update but the only option in the App Store is to Open the app…and guess what? I can‘t open the app until I update. And on and on and on….. please fix this problem so I can pay my bills. Otherwise, it‘s a great app.
