I love the app and that you can customize acceleration and braking. The following please needs improvement: 1) app didn’t seem to sync right and board suddenly had no braking at all 2) dash should include average and maximum speed, so you can review after your ride 3) adjustments for gears are glitchy and won’t move/respond at times. Other than that the app and the board is great.

So, I just bought this board from someone in our skate group and I couldn’t be more happy. The board itself is great but the customer service is on a whole nother’ level! I spoke to Brian on chat who responded in like 3 mins with a possible fix. Shortly after he gave me a call with an engineer sitting beside him who was troubleshooting the board. I heard about this legendary service but on Labor Day those guys were cranking out solutions to my problem. That is some Amazing Customer Service!! Thanks again Brian and the amazing engineer who was there with you today.

Their customizable skateboards are enhanced with their Exway mobile app that allows you to tweak its electronic skateboards like no other on the market today. 4 Stars is my grade, I have been asking to either provide similar features like the RIDE app or make it compatible with the RIDE app. Then 5 stars will be my new grade.
