Food arrived more than an hour late and cold. You wanna eat cold chips, order from the Nandos app 😂 wanna track you’re order? Too bad, that doesn’t work and they don’t seem to be aware of this. Maybe they’ll read my review (crazier things have happened). Or maybe they just continue to ignore me, like the folks at the call center, who hung up the phone on a few occasions 🖕I want I refund for my order thanks. If you don’t know how to run a business online, hire people to help you figure it out. Peace, I’m out.

We ordered a full chicken online and when we got our order it seemed as if our order was put together with left over pieces or a number of pieces from different chickens. The one drumstick was much bigger than the other (I have a photo). I have faith in Nando’s that they are not using deformed chickens - so that can’t the problem be?
We are Nando's fans but for the price we paid and the state of the chicken we received we are extremely disappointed.
