Kindertales for Classrooms

Wow! I’ve seen this app really improve, and we all love it at our preschool! It helps our staff with so many daily tasks and it truly enhances communication to our families. Everyone loves it!

This is a great app for tracking care of children throughout the day! It is easy to use and I think the parents really like it. My only complaint is the camera. The quality of the pictures is terrible! I wish we could just use pictures from the phone camera!

I have read wonderful reviews about the app and program. However, I have been unable to get set up. I have been emailing my set up person. She asked me questions that were clearly answered in my emails such as “I am on mountain standard time can we make an appt at 5:30?” Her response “are you mountain or standard time?” Then when we finally were able to get a time settled she didn’t call. I emailed again asking if they had my phone number. This was the 28th of August. I got a reply that I didn’t get a call because it was Sept 2 and it was a holiday. This doesn’t make sense that I didn’t get a response because she didn’t check her emails until a holiday. Then when I stated this wasn’t working and I was feeling like it was unorganized I received an email from a different person that said they were unsure what was going on but how about we reschedule a time. I started my process on August 26 and it is now Sept. 3. I was hoping I could at least accomplish getting an appt set up in less time than this.
