It’s a clock. Kinda neat, there’s a bunch of dots and it looks cool. It shows the time, like clocks do. Every minute the dots representing seconds blow up and fly around which is mildly entertaining. Imma be real I got this app so I could add the first review, so I haven’t tried it extensively. But it does keep time if that’s what you’re going for
