I have been using this app for two years and have had all good experiences. You can now search patients without any issues and when you are in the middle of the assessment and something happens, what you have saved is still there, even if you need to reboot the app due to phone service issues. Highly recommend!

This is one of the worst apps I have ever experienced (when it’s actually working). You cannot look up pts, you have to scroll through a list of thousands. When you finally find the pt and click on the pt, it’s a hit or miss if the “next” button will show up. If it does not, tough luck, you’ve lost an entire assessment. This app has easily added an extra 30 mins to my visits.Just terrible.
